My roomie Karisse and I took a little adventure around Portland over the weekend. And let me emphasize little adventure. I was recovering from throwing my back out and Karisse had a cold. After a few hours we went home exhausted from ALL the activity. Pretty pathetic of us :)
Anyway, I took a few photos that I thought I'd share.
I've always wanted to live in an urban apartment, especially one in Portland. Maybe one day I'll be able to afford it.... when I become independently wealthy.
My roomie, Karisse, looking so mysteriously thoughtful and very Portland on teal steps.
"The Official Dictionary of Sarcasm: A lexicon for those of us who are better and smarter than the rest of you." I've decided I'm not the most sarcastic person in the world. There needs to be a handbook for us non-sarcastic people to interpret said sarcasm of sarcastic people. And maybe a Sarcasm Anonymous group for sarcastic people who hide their true cynical feelings behind thinly veiled, but obvious-to-the-rest-of-us sarcastic comments.
There needs to be more of these in Oregon. I can't wait for summer! But then again... bring on the snow. I want to go skiing.
Look at this chair. Can you imagine actually having it in your house? I love those candle holders, though, and that HUGE clock is pretty fun.
